Our Team

Brett was born and raised in the Washington D.C metro area. He moved to Maine in 2010 with his wife, whose family has a long history in Cape Elizabeth. Brett graduated from the horticulture program at SMCC in 2013. His initial interest was sustainable agriculture but he soon became enthralled with landscape design after learning about ornamental trees, shrubs and perennials in such a hands on way. Plants have been important in his life since using food in a medicinal way during his twenties. He embraces the scientific and artistic challenges of planting design. When he's not practicing his craft he enjoys spending time with friends & family, making music & enjoying Maine's natural beauty.
